Herlene has been my friend and my go -to travel agent for some years now. This recent trip was a good example of her skill at making travel such a joy. I love that she listens to us and always seems to find the best hotels to suit our style and needs. This particular year we were in small hotels (air conditioned, thank heavens) located in areas where we could easily access the city and walk to our hearts' content. Her arrangement of train tickets and transport has been flawless. She is always accessible and replies promptly to questions/concerns. Herlene is the first person I think of when travel comes to mind. I would not think of using anyone else!

Herlene arranged the most glorious hiking adventure across southern Ireland. We stayed in charming hotels in small villages, had access to amazing hiking opportunities in national parks, and had wonderful transportation across the southern part of the country to be able to visit multiple places. The whole vacation was delightful, and we were so appreciative of all of Herlene's hard work in making it happen.

We had the most amazing vacation across Austria and southern Germany. Herlene is great to work with! She worked with us in 2020 to help plan our Honeymoon...and then did all that work again when our original trip was shut down. She gave us many itinerary options to choose from (despite our vague request of "a cruise in Europe would be nice"). Herlene booked everything for us - flights, hotels, and cruise.
