She has helped us plan trips to New Zealand, Anguilla, Turks and Caicos, Norway and Ireland. It should be noted that we had to cancel our perfectly planned trip to Norway due to a health emergency a month before the trip, and Sarah was invaluable in helping us make these cancelations and process our travel insurance for this trip. She then patiently rebooked our trip to Norway two more times (which had to be cancelled due to COVID restrictions), and finally rebooked it again - and the trip even exceeded our very high expectations!
Sarah is a good listener, and she understands our “style” of planning a trip. She makes excellent suggestions, and helps us see the big picture. She is amazing with details, and has always had all our plans in order before our trips. She is professional, beyond helpful, an incredible resource - we could not be more grateful to know Sarah!

Sarah has been planning cruises for us and our close friends for at least five years. She is particularly skilled at making arrangements that allow us to arrive together even though we travel from different cities. For any trip more complicated that a simple round trip flight and a hotel, I rely on Sarah to handle the planning. Online apps are fine, but aren't a replacement for the judgement and skill of a professional travel advisor.
